Sun & Sea Sebastian House is a new and comfortable ground floor detached house, very elegant and stylish, located in Sicily in the very centre of the locality of Cassibile, a few steps from Piazza Don Antonino Saitta and a short distance from the white sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the suggestive beach Pineta del Gelsomineto (spiaggia della Marchesa).
The house consists of an entrance-staircase, a large air-conditioned living room equipped with a table, furniture and a double sofa bed with a 21 cm high mattress, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a kitchen complete with dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee table and two stools, an exclusive courtyard furnished with sofas and a coffee table perfect for a summer aperitif, a laundry corner, a large exclusive terrace on the first floor equipped with gazebo, table and chairs.
